Sims 4 trouble.

I recently got a new computer and wanted to play sims 4 on it.  I have used sims 4 on my old computer so it has already been installed before.  But, when i put the disc in nothing pops up and when I go to reinstall the sims 4, it says the code has already been used.  I'm not really sure what else to do.
