Sims 4 stuck on loading screen! (cc romoved) [ Edited ]

Hello!

I've download sims 4 jungle adventure 3 days ago and everything was fine until today.

My game freeze every time my sims come back to house and It took very long time downloading and exiting the game.

And now I cant play anymore because it stuck on loading screen!

I've already removed all cc but It's still stuck!

What should I do?

You have not posted the dxdiag like @jpkarlsen  wanted. You need to attach the txt.file to your answer, otherwise, he cannot check it.

Open your Origin client and go to My Game Library, right-click The Sims 4 and choose Repair.
