Sims 4 stuck loading [ Edited ]

Hi iv had it for over a month with no issues

but today wont load into the game i click load game onto my family then nothing just the scrolling words on blue background have to abort game to get off it

no idea whats happening

@jemmabarrett  I've split your post into its own thread, since the original poster in the other thread has a different issue.  Please try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  If that doesn't help, let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.
