What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change into nude/have sim take a shower.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims Change into clothes instead of nude when I shower them/click change into nude option.
What do you expect to see? Sims showering nude instead of in clothes, change into nude option.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@Matsuri13 Do the change into a completely different outfit or just not change chloth ? Is it all Sims or a specific one ?
