Sims 4 sim

Pretty new to the game, but I have a command for my Sim to sleep stuck in the action queue and no matter what I do, it won't get rid of it. He doesn't go to sleep, he goes about things normally, but most of the actions I ask him to do are just erased immediately and the sleep action won't come out of the queue. I tried telling him to sleep so that it might go away, and it just made a second sleep action get stuck in the queue. I saved and quit and restarted the game, I have 0 mods and 0 extra packs enabled. I don't know how to fix this but he won't cook or do anything but cater to his basic needs and it feels like it's mocking me with how accurate it's getting to me in real life.

@cosmiplier  Is your sim holding anything? Try changing the sims outfit from a dresser. If that doesn't help it might be something in the sim's inventory.
