Sims 4 screen glitching with initial error message

Hey-

Just downloaded Sims 4 on a new Hp 2 in 1 envy x360 pc with Intel 1.7 and 12 mb. When game first popped up, error message saying my pc graphics were set to maximum settings. Once playing game I keep getting a black screen glitch. Whenever I open the options tab I'm game it starts out small then glitches and becomes a normal readable size. In options my fullscreen was already set at fullscreen =1. Please help!

Your graphics card isn't strong enough to run on high, could you try a lower setting?

Also try updating them: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Could you post a DxDiag? This gives us a bit more information into your system and what is going on.
