Sims 4's display is glitching...

★★★ Newbie

Help! I just recently downloaded the Sims 4 on my laptop. Problem is, the screen has a glitchy-sort-of-stripe-thing on the display and I don't know how to get rid of it. My current optimal resolution is at 1366 x  768, which is the highest resolution for my laptop. I also turned on the Laptop Mode, but it didn't resolve my issue. What should I do?
