Sims 4 random crash after 20-30 mins

Sims 4 randomly crashing after about 20-30 mins. 

I've tried removing all mods, new save, reinstalling the entire game. 

Everything should be up to date and I'm at a loss of what to do. 

Might someone be able to give me any help please?

It only started after getting the backyard stuff pack but removing it doesn't seem to help either.

@Illiara Could you try if the -nosound argument (on the Command Line in Origin) helps you with this crash ?

There might still be crashing issues related to sound.

@Illiara Thanks for confirming. You can also try if turning down the sound quality in the options helps so you can play with sound until EA fixes this.
