Sims 4 ran out of memory

Hi i am yet to play sims 4 as it crashes whenver i try and launch it.I get an error message saying i've ran out of memory despite having 16gb

Can anyone help?i have attached a Dxdiag file

Please run Windows Memory Diagnostics. See if it finds any errors.
