Ok so for sims 4 i have the disc and played it before,but had to fix my laptop which required me to erase everything. And now when i try to reinstall it my code doesnt work. I checked every account it doesnt work. So please dont tell me im out of luck because i love the sims so much.

You do not need to enter the code again.

Login to Origin with the account you have the Sims 4 on and rightclick it in your Game Library. Then select install.

doesn't help at all my game is gone completly and its not in the hiden place

You must have it on another account than the one you are currently using. Login using the email address and password you used when purchasing/installing it.
