Mine let me enter it and it said that it had registered, but then it kicked me out and said that my code was not a SIMS 4 code. Now, when I try to enter it, it says that my code has been used. However, it won't let me install my game...even though the code registered. I'm on the phone with EA now trying to resolve it.
