After I did an update on my computer, Origin prompted me to re-enter the product code for my Sims 4. So when I did, it says the code has already been used. I tried uninstalling both Origin and the Sims 4 and I am logged into the correct Origin account. I tried everything I have read on here but I still can't get it to reinstall my Sims now that it thinks the code has been used.

Here are a few things that you can try:
Uninstalling and reinstalling Origin (Your games will still be installed and all that)
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Sims 4
Repairing the Sims 4 via Origin (Right-click the Sims 4 in your game library and click "Repair Game")
Clear the Sims 4 cache
Clear Origin's cache
Contact a EA Live Support person
The game should be found in your game library.If not try the last suggestion.

ive had the same problem and cant seem to find anywhere to make it work again im really peed off it cost me 80 pounds the limited edition one and havent bee able to use it now for a week

If your game is no longer showing up in myGames, only a game advisor can help you further
