Sims 4 problem

I bought the Sims 4 Get Together a while back and till this day i haven't received my game but it says when i make a character in game and select a world that i have to wait till it is downloaded to play?

Also when i click on the world it opens up an origin window in game and it says i already have the game. .it's really confusing ` -`

Follow these steps:
- Go to the 'my games' tab in Origin.
- Hover over your 'The Sims 4'.
You'll see a little screen come up with an 'i' and a 'play/download/install' button.
- Click on the 'i', you'll be taken to a different screen.
- Scroll a bit down and there you'll see all your expansions, game packs and stuff packs.

Could you check there if Get Together is installed?

If it is try right clicking the game in Origin, and choose 'repair game'.
