Sims 4 pre-order: not showing on my account

I have received two e-mails saying the game is ready to be downloaded; however, it is not showing under the my games tab or in my order history. The email indicates I'll be charged when the email stating I can download the game is sent and I still haven't been charged. What do I do now?

Looking at your oder history from my end, it appears that there is no trace of that transaction. From that I infer that you must be logged on the wrong account.

Use the e-mail address that you receveid an e-mail on as login credential and check if your game appears in that account.
