I have been playing the Sims 4 for about two months on my new laptop and it's been running perfectly. Now suddenly when I get home from shopping, it won't open. I click on the play button in origin, the plumbob bounces in my toolbar for a couple seconds then disappears and origin opens back up and that's that. I've tried opening the sims every way I know how, I've tried deleting cc that I haven't tried out yet. (the ones I did obviously didn't get in they way of gameplay or opening the game.) I deleted the sims 4 and downloaded it again. I've done everything the internet suggested but nothing is working. Please help!!
