Hey so just looking for help. My computer didn’t have enough space so I removed sims 4 from computer and put it onto my external hard drive. However since then I have removed it off there and put back on computer but now it won’t launch and I’ve tried repairing it. Also all the files aren’t there idk. Any help?

For now, I can only advise you to find your saves and Tray folder and put them in a safe place - on the desktop, for example. Then uninstall the whole game on Orign.Uninstall Origin also - it might have the wrong file path now. Clean the computer with the CCleaner program

Download new Origin from here and install this

Never use OneDrive for the game. Move other programs there if you do not have enough space. Install the game and then secure your game files to transferring to Onedrive in this way as below

After installing the game, you can paste your old Tray folder and saves folder into the game folder.
