Sims 4 not downloading

I purchased the Sims 4 game online through Origin. I will not download. The game 'prepares download' for about 2 minutes, then an error box pops up stating 'We,ve encountered a problem; An unexpected error has occured. Please try again in a few moments.' along those lines. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Origin, running as Admin, using commad prompt, and just trying to download it again sevral times. Nothing is working. Please help. If i cannot get this installed in a timely manner, i would like a refund so i can go buy the disc. thank you
