Sims 4 mods wont show up

I have a Toshiba computer and i don't know if it's the type of computer i have but my mods won't show up. Yes i already downloaded winraw yes I already backed up my stuff in case yes I already enabled mods and script mods and i do so have the resource config folder in there but some reason it just won't show up . This is cc mods btw can somebody please help me because everytime I look for a shirt or a outfit I downloaded it won't show up when I change my sims!!

do you have cc/mods turned on in your game options ?

If so, could you post a screenshot of your mods folder.
