Lately for the past week, i have been having issues with Sims 4. When i try to play the game, an error message pops up and i can't play. Once i take out all of the mods and find the corrupt files, the game opens, but no mods appear in the game when there are mods and cc in the mods folder. It is really stressful and i don't know what to do now. help!!

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199
You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.
The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.
It seems a mod related issue and you need to find out which one is causing it.

it is still doing the same thing...

did you remove the culprit ? Did you check if mods are enabled in your game options ?
Mods need to be updated with every patch so make sure that everything you're using is up-to-date

I separated all of the mods into different folders. Then I took one out to see if that one had the corrupted file. Once I took that one out, the game didnt open at all. After trying to open the game many times, it still won't open.

But it opens if you leave them all in ?
