Sims 4 mods not appearing in game after moving game to external drive.

I recently got an external harddrive to as my sims 4 game and cc took up to much space on my laptop. Inorder to transfer my mods file I had to delete the sims 4 and Origin beforehand and after successfully reinstalling the game and origin onto my D drive, I copied and pasted my mods into the newly generated mods folder. While the game opens and runs none of my mods show in game or in the custom content window.

I'd like to know the full file path you see.  You can write [username] instead of your actual username if you want, but let me know if the username is NOT the one you use to sign into Windows.

Please also let me know how you moved your Sims 4 user data, not the Origin-related data but what's in your first screenshot, to the external drive.  It's not enough to just copy and paste; you need to tell the game where to look for the data, and if you didn't do that, it'll still read the folder on C.
