Sims 4 mod problems

I,ve been playing sims 4 for a while and then i went to play and download some mods and it say i dont have mods though they are on my download

Either it is not placed in the correct folder, They came in a compressed format and needs unpacking or you have not enabled Mods/CC and if they are script mods not enabled that.

Please read install instructions where you got it.
