Sims 4 launch issue PC

My Sims 4 game won't launch properly since the latest patch. 

The packs I have are : cats and dogs, city living, get together, get to work, parenthood, dine out, spa day, outdoor retreat, toddler stuff, vintage glamour stuff, kids room stuff, movie hangout stuff, cool kitchen stuff,spooky stuff, perfect patio stuff.

  I have removed all of my folders (saves, cache, mods, tray etc.) and the game still does not work.

I have also attached my DxDiag notes.

Your laptop isn't ready to play the game sadly.

So, I've just bought Sims 4 on my Windows PC around an hour ago... every time we've refreshed the page it says no connection. I'm plugged into internet already and nothing is wrong or damaged with my internet. I've restarted my device and it still doesn't launch OR download properly.
