Sims 4 lags horribly

My sims 4 game, in my PC, lags horribly. It lags so bad I can’t play. 
I have factory reset my computer, taken out all mods, turned all the graphics to low, downloaded the legacy edition, turned down origin to 32 bit, put it in windowed mode, and downloaded the simulation lag fix mod. 
Nothing has worked and I have been trying for months. Please helpppp

@3BaileeMariah Is your computer a pc or mac? If a pc please post your computer's dxdiag - how to get your dxdiag  and attach the txt file to the paper clip in the lower right of the forum response window.   thank you
