Sims 4 lags, but my other sim games don’t

Hi,

Sims 2 and 3 with all/most additional content run fine on my laptop, but sims 4 with a majority of the add ons and a few mods to help my game with realistic gameplay (MCCC, Slice of Life, Meaningful Stories, UI etc.) lags so much. How could I fix this issue?
