Hi guys! really hope you can help me!
So, I bought the Sims 4 when it came out in Australia last year which I'm pretty sure was in September (2014). I had a new laptop that I had bought a month before I purchased the sims 4. i5 core processor, 4 gb ram and 1terribite HDD. I downloaded it and it worked fine until January...
So, in January, it started playing up. Taking AGES to load. I thought it was normal, but its not! I started to download houses from the gallery and that was awesome because I love nice houses, but eventually, it stopped working altogether! I would be in the game for about 10 minutes, then it would cut out with an error message saying "Sims 4 launcher has stopped working." So I uninstalled it, then reinstalled yesterday, 3rd of april and its doing the same thing. I really hope somebody can help me! I don't know if its something to do with my laptop, or viruses or gameplay.. just somebody PLEASE HELP!!
