Sims 4 lag and dont work

my sims 4 is so laggy and its like 3fps and i have intel i5, gtx 1050 and 12gb ram

For now, disconnect the internet completely and try without it.
There can run an unknown program in the background that connects to the internet and lowers FPS rate. It can be so low, that to play is near impossible.
