Sims 4 keeps freezing ever since I downloaded it

I know that this subject has been covered a lot of times on this website but I literally can't find a solution. I haven't even gotten past CAS since it freezes usually after 2-3min of having launched the game, forcing me to restart my computer.

@chinqpink  I've moved your post to the Sims 4 tech section.  (And the French is fine; all the important information is easy to find.)

Your dxdiag lists a number of errors related to Windows updates, and you're currently a few builds behind.  Try updating to 1903, the version of Windows 10 released a couple of months ago.  If you can't do it through the usual Settings > Updates and Security route, you can update from here:

You also have a few graphics card driver errors.  The driver is even older than your OS.  But HP posted a new graphics driver for your laptop in April; you can download it from here:
