Sims 4 keeps crashing

Hey! 

My Sims 4 (and 3) keeps crashing. I cleared that origin folder and with the cc cleaner. It was going well ffor a few days untill today. 

This is my DxDiag. Maybe is there a problem with it because it runs on 64-bit.

Your CPU is below minimum requirements for the game. If you have any Mods or CC try to remove them and see if the game runs better.

But I don't have them. How can I change the CPU?
