Think of it this way: if all of you had cars that didn't run anymore, would that necessarily mean that all your cars are encountering the same problem?

I'm having the same problem.

I just played the game once time and was going well in maximum graphics.

But the game stopped when I tried to open the Community Store to download Sims and Houses. After that my game didn't open again.

The game starts loading and stop when plumbob appears.

I don't know what to do.

PS: I tried ALL things recommended by this forum!

Start by updating your drivers on your Intel chipset: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24245&lang=eng

You should be able to force your laptop to use your AMD graphics card to run the game (atm it seems your Intel chipset is doing it by default), which is something you should be able to do through Catalyst, the software that usually goes along with AMD drivers.

Mine too but ever since I installed it i'm able to play it for about an hour and it crashes like clockwork I'm finding I have to save the game every few minutes or so

First off, try updating your Windows. Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type "Update", and start the "check for updates" tool that appears.

Then make sure you're not running the game in the wrong compatibility mode.
