Sims 4 issue

Hello, I am here because my sims 4 will not open. I always click on the tab from my desktop and it still doesn't work. It loads up origin pretty well, but then stops in the middle of updating! I do not know how to fix this. I've tried removing my custom content, but it still won't work. Someone please advise me on what to do!

@MorganSimss  Is your computer a pc or mac?
