Sims 4 issue [ Edited ]

Okay so my sims 4 is taking screens and making them tiny like the options menu, loading tips, to do que, etc. are super small (hope this makes sense) Can anyone help me or anyone else have this problem. I downloaded two packs and the issue is still going on (I have a Mac just fyi)Never mind my sister found a solution
