Sims 4 isn't installing [ Edited ]

I recently purchased the digital download through Origin, and after about 36 hours it FINALLY completed the download and moved over to installing. 

But, I left it going last night while I was in bed, and when I checked it this morning it was still "installing". It doesn't show a progress amount or anything, and the option to pause or cancel installation was grayed out. The only thing I've read anywhere was to run it as an administrator, but I'm already doing that and it still not doing anything.

Any advice??

EDIT: So new development: Its now giving me this message: "origin needs to install files and is waiting for permission"

Nothing is popping up for me to accept.
