Sims 4 isn't downloading

I tried to download Sims 4 but I keep getting an error. It says
"we've encountered a problem. An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 196613:20 ". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same thing over and over again. No luck.
