Re: Sims 4 is freezing

@shaqsmissingkid  Sorry for the late reply.  I wanted to get a second opinion in case there was something I was missing.

Anyway, when you checked the BIOS setting for Primary Video Adapter (the one that was set to PEG), did you see an option for IGD Multi-Monitor?  If so, please make sure it's disabled too; if you're not sure, please go back and check.

Before doing anything else, download a fresh copy of the newest Nvidia graphics driver, but don't install it yet.

https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/192967/en-us/

Next, use Display Driver uninstaller to remove the AMD graphics driver:

Reboot, and keep your computer offline for the moment.  Check the Device Manager to see whether the iGPU is still listed under Display Adapters.  Normally it wouldn't be, with the driver removed and PEG set in the BIOS, but if it's still there, disable it.  Then use DDU to uninstall the Nvidia driver.  While still offline, install the Nvidia driver you downloaded before.  Install only the driver itself and the PHYSX software; even if you normally use GeForce Experience, skip that for now.

Reboot again and go online, then test the game.  If you still get any freezing, please post a(nother) new dxdiag.
