Sims 4 households won't load

My Sims 4 won't load households. I have mods and cc, and I've went through all of them-I've take out all cc up until my game was still running correctly with it in. My households will only load if I don't have any cc in. It'll just stay at a loading screen for forever. The only thing I can do it create sims.

you will need to weed through your cc/mods to find the one(s) that are causing the issue

The list is not complete so there might be other mods causing issues.

You must update or remove incompatible mods or you will run into issues
