Sims 4 has stopped working

it wont open. i tried restarting my compu've also tried offline mode on origin but it still says the same thing.

Blank screen. Crashes to desktop. No errors or anything saying what is wrong.

it simply doesn't start whatsoever it says sims 4 has stopped working 2 minutes after pressing play from origins. no black screen or anything just a small window saying it isn't working.
