If resetting your cache doesn't fix this issue it's in most cases means you are logged into the wrong account. Be sure to recheck that you are on the right one!
Remember you can log in both with your email as persona on the Origin app!

I entered my ea username instead of origin and my game was on this account!!!

I was so sad so i downloaded Demo
Then a saw your anwer and i found an other account. Than i dint see (demo) on the installing game. So i hope if the game is installed that i can play again finnely <3.
