Sims 4 hardware for performance

What do I need to buy/change to make my Sims 4 game run smoothly with ultra graphics settings, all packs, 5 gigabytes of mods and CC? 

My PC specs: 

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570T CPU @ 2.90GHz, 2901 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

GTX 1050 TI OC

8 gb RAM

2 Terrabyte HDD 

What do I need to buy to improve my system or change to make my Sims 4 game run better, or if anyone can recommend ways to make it run better?

CPU, the T variant is the ultra low power one, the non-S or T option will perform better. So, Core i5-4570 then.

Hard drive, these days SSDs (as opposed to spinning disks) are popular due to their much higher performance.
