Sims 4 get together, get to work packs

So I searched the forum to see if anyone had an error code like mines, but did not see it. Everything was working fine earlier today, but when I went to try to hire strippers it would not pull up the list. I tried erasing everything and putting it back in. Now when I go in I get an error code: 102:457b7b46:4a7da1e0. Has anyone ever got this code? It will not let me go back into my game. Will I have to erase everything and start over

Did you upload all your characters in your library first or saved them on a usb because I believe I also will have to erase everything and start over? My games was working fine until today. I don't know if it was the update or what but it'snot letting me load my previous game at all.
