Sims 4 get to work issue

Whenever its time for my sim to go to work, it will ask me to join the sims at work or not, whenever i choose to join the sim at work the sim just stays home and cant go to work, it will show all the tasks i need to complete but i cannot get the sim to go to work , somebody please help!!!

these kind of errors are most often mods/cc related.

 

If you're using any, please remove them and try again.
