Sims 4 game won't load [ Edited ]

I get the game going, it goes gray, then black, then it goes back to desktop, but it's still open No matter how many times  I try to open the game, by clicking on the icon, it does the same thing over and over, goes to gray, then black, then goes back to desktop. So I need some help

don't know what happened, when I got home it started to work, so maybe it just needed a break.
