Sims 4 game uninstalled

Hello, 

I purchased The Sims 4 on amazon on Sep 14, 2014 and downloaded it on my origins account shortly after that. I hadn't played the game in a while and after opening my origins account to play the game, the game is no where to be found in my library. I tried redeeming the code again but it obviously says that it has already been redeemed. There was trouble with the original code that I bought from Amazon and called to get a new one. I'm wondering if the new one they gave me was limited?

If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

• Restart Origin
• Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
• Reinstall Origin
• Restart your router/modem,
• Get in touch with a game advisor.
