Sims 4 game stuck saving!! (Microsoft Windows 10)

hi when i click to save game it gets stuck on saving i have to ctrl alt and delete to close the game I have tried everything i have 1 mod which is SM4P can anyone help me

must be something to do with my character

I am playing on SM4P do i need to save the game when I exit or does only the host of the game that's when it get's stuck if I save before exiting

@alexhob123  Just to be thorough, please remove the mod and try saving a sim again.  You don't need to spend much time creating the sim; this is just for testing.

If you still can't save the sim, please let me know what antivirus you use.  Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running (even if you never use it), and if so, how full it is.

I think I may have fixed it because I think only the host can save it not me

@alexhob123  I'm not sure what you mean by that, but if you can save your progress, that's what matters.  Let me know if you need any more help.
