Sims 4 gallery won’t save my work?

I can access the gallery and see others creations. When I try to add something to my favorites or save my own creations it says saved, but nothing is updating in my library. I’ve tried logging in and out and it’s still not working properly. Been going on for a few weeks now. Any help?

Do you use cc/mods in your game? Can you see if they show up if you check the option to enable creations with cc in the gallery? Should be in the filter menu
