I've been having this issue for a while now. I have every pack downloaded but have no mods/CC. The entire game just freezes. Time stops moving and nothing happens. It doesn't crash or say it stopped working. It just stays on the frozen screen. I thought maybe it would eventually move but it doesn't. It will remain frozen until I close it manually.

After sending the computer information, I found that a graphics update. After the update, I started the game. Sims 4 ran for several hours yesterday without a crash. It's a little laggy which could be due to my computer specs but at least it didn't crash. Thanks for ur help

Your computer is below minimum requirements. The graphic chip doesn't have the required dedicated memory and the CPU is on the low side (bit unsure if it's also below)
Since you say, you own every pack, I'm guessing it's just more than your computer can take.
You can check if there's newer drivers for your graphics chip on the AMD site but I'm not sure if that GPU still gets updates.
I fear there's not much you can do other than maybe uninstalling/disabling some of the expansions and getting a refund for them or get a newer computer (if you have the means)
Good Luck
