Sims 4 fountain seems weird

Only this fountain seems weird like these pictures when it is placed indoors.
It happens in every save file, and it happens in any mode. (play mode, building mode) My friend doesn't have this issue(she has the same condition with me)
I tried repairing it by Origin, but nothing changed.
I use multiplayer mode(S4MP) and don't use any CC. I have a digital deluxe and 4 seasons pack. But I suffered this issue both before and after buying 4 seasons pack.
