Sims 4 flickers when HDR is turned on

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.45.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? No one
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Windows 10 with HDR turned one
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims 4 flickers to black all the time when HDR is turned on
What do you expect to see? the flicker to black e.g when i right click the mouse and move the camera around
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Sims 4 flickers to black all the time when HDR is turned on in Windows 10. I use a HDR TV with an nVidia Geforce 1070 all drivers are up to date.

Did you try turning VSync on in the game options ?
