Sims 4 error opening

Every time I try to open the sims 4(or even Origin) it says it’s unable to open it (as shown in the photo) my computer meets the system requirements to play as well.

Please uninstall Origin. Then download the latest version here: https://www.origin.com/dnk/en-us/store/download
See if that solves it.

So I did that and now it’s saying that the client service won’t open correctly (as shown in the photo)
