I cant seem to get the game to run after the newest update either.

@xNeverForgivenx  I've split your post into its own thread because you have a different issue than the one covered in the unrecognized graphics card thread.  That issue doesn't stop Sims 4 from loading, and regardless, your card is already in the game's database.

Please save the entire dxdiag as a .txt file (click "save all information") and attach it to a post.  Please also list the antivirus you use.  And let me know what happens when you try to play.

@puzzlezaddict - I actually got it working last night, I edited the graphics card list with the exact description of the 2070 Super from the dxdiag, I just replaced the 2070 Super (touring) with the text and it seems to be working. Thanks for your help, I actually thought of the idea after reading another one of your posts in a different thread.
