Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? no clue
What happens when the bug occurs? After update, the game won't start properly. It opens but I am not able to start a new game as the screen is blank, no sim can be added and the buttons seem to be inactive.
What do you expect to see? to run the sims properly
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
